What is the first thing need to be done once the fire started?

The first thing to do is to not panic. It is determined by the state of the fire. Whether the fire is diminutive or enormous.  If the fire is minor, simply grab the fire extinguishers and put it out. Instead, if there is a major fire, you should leave the area immediately and notify BOMBA.

How does the fire start?

The fire triangle, known as the combustion triangle, is made up of the three elements required to start and sustain a fire. If any of the components are removed, fire will not start. These are the elements of oxygen, fuel, and heat. 

Why do you need to service fire alarm system?

When the fire alarm detects smoke, it will immediately sound, notifying anybody on the property that it is time to vacate the premises. However, if the alarm is defective in any way, it may fail to inform you as it should, resulting in the loss of valuable lives, which is why fire alarm system maintenance is required.
